- Ensure that competencies prepare workers to address special needs and new delivery models
Service Delivery
- Evaluate differences in legal responsibility and authority in service delivery
- Understand the role of financial incentives and payers on workforce capacity
- Improve service delivery to underserved populations
- Evaluate models of care
